How to find the clear vision?

The year was 2015 when I heard for the first time the word BURNOUT from a Doctor, since that day I´ve started a jorney to discover why, when and how I´ve become sick. After all this I decided to share all the precious lessons that I´ve been learning to help much more people and myself too, yes yes, writing about yourself and all your thoughts was my first lesson!

The best thing you can do when your thoghts are so unclear, when you have so much more thoughts in your mind than you can handle, is to put in words. Choose a moment when you´re alone an the environment is quiet, it could be when everyone is sleeping or at work. Use what you love most, typing or hand whriting, you can mail to yourself, or use a journal, it doesn´t matter, the important thing is to get everything out that's on your mind.
